The Acme Yoga Project will have a condensed weekday schedule for the next couple of weeks while our hosts, Century Ballroom, conduct a Summer Dance Camp for the young ones. M-F, 8/7-12 and M-F, 8/15-19, The studio will be open for Independent Study/Mysore practice from 6:30-8:45. Each morning one of the apprentices will be teaching. Saturday classes will continue as regularly scheduled. There will be NO LATE MORNING CLASS during the week. The schedule will be back to normal on Saturday, 8/20.

Independent Study (Mysore Style) 

M/W/F 6:30am – 10:45am and T/TH 6:30am – 9:00am
Independent Study is designed and appropriate for students of all levels. With guidance from the teacher and using the Ashtanga sequence as a template, students develop personal practices.

Ashtanga Vinayasa Yoga

T/TH/Sat 9:15am – 10:45am
Based on the method developed by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, this vigorous class is comprised of sequences and subsequences determined by the general ability of the group.

Note: There are a limited number of extra mats available for students to use, so if you have your own mat, please bring it.
